Privacy Policy Statement
We(ecamnet Ltd.) do not collect, sell, trade, or rent out users personal identifiable information. Users do not have and do not require accounts on ecamnet Ltd. servers. ecamnet Ltd fully complies with the United States privacy laws. We will work with law enforcement organizations when required by law. The User required to have Google account and provide billing information to Google Play.
The information generated by application:
1.1 Visual and audio data produced by Recording, Detection, Smoke Alarm functionality of the MobileWatcher2™ application are stored on the User's device for 3 days and deleted by the application or moved into device SD card, if incerted into your device.
1.2 Device technical information (model name, OS type/version,RAM size) provided to us by Google Play.
1.3 Notification related information such as: User's Mobile network provider to send text messages, phone number to receive text message,Mobile network provider's email to SMS URL, User's email address are stored on the device ONLY and are used to send notification to the User. We have NO ACCESS to this information. This information is deleted when uninstall the application. Notification is optional functionality. The User can select no notification or do not provide the information.
1.4 We do not receive or collect personal identifiable payment information, such as: name, billing address, and credit card details, this information is collected and stored by Google Play. Google Play billing privacy policy.
2.Terms of Use
The following policies are in effect for the web pages owned and operated by ecamnet Ltd.
ecamnet Ltd does not store or use your recorded videos on ecamnet Ltd servers. Recorded videos and audio stored on the User's device running MobileWatcher2™ application only. ecamnet Ltd. Web Server and application Web Server on the device do not use "cookies". When you purchase the app, billing information will go to the third party(Google Play) to process your order and notify you about your order status.
ecamnet Ltd. does not store billing information on our servers. ecamnet Ltd. does not provide refunds for the app purchase.

We are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties, which obtain the information as a result of the breach of the security. The links to other sites may contain advertisements of the third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users. The event and smoke alarm detection, video and audio recording are the best effort type features. We are not responsible for the missed events or missed smoke alarm sound detection notifications and consequences of the missed notifications. This application only attempts to inform User about the events and alarms.
3. MobileWatcher™ and MobileWatcher2™ Application Warranty.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Application is at Buyer’s sole risk. We cannot guarantee it will be completly safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. The Application provided “AS IS” and without any warranty of any kind and ecamnet Ltd. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. By using this Site, you indicate your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, stop using this Site and the Application. The continuation of use of this Site and MobileWatcher2™ and MobileWatcher™ apps indicates that You agree with this policy and changes to this policy.
